Our Pet Policy

We are a very pet friendly apartment community in Louisville, KY. We allow cats and dogs but breed restrictions do apply. We welcome a maximum of two pets per apartment with a weight limit of 100 pounds per pet. Pets require a $200 non refundable pet fee for one pet and a $300 non-refundable pet fee for two pets. Residents pay a monthly pet rent of $20 for one pet and $30 for two pets. Please contact property for more details and pricing
